The use of all travel services offered by Best of Morocco Tours are subject to our terms of business set out below, They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by us, we encourage you to read them carefully. If you have trouble accessing them or understanding them, please contact us before making your booking. These terms and conditions shall not be amended or waived except by written agreement between you and Best of Morocco Tours.
Cancellation by Best of Morocco Tours
At times, due to low participation for a Morocco tour package or when the arrangement cannot be confirmed, the Company may choose to cancel the entire tour prior to its commencement. Best of Morocco Tours shall notify you of the cancellation at least fifteen (15) days in advance excluding departure date. The Company may, if it so chooses, recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours to you, based on the tour fare of that period. Should you decide not to accept the alternatives; all refunds will be paid to you within two weeks to a month. However, during the peak period, refunds may take around six weeks to be paid.
We strongly advise that all passengers take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover themselves against, amongst other things, loss or damage to baggage and possessions (including money), the cost of your cancelling the booking, the cost of medical and other treatment and assistance in the event of illness or accident. Some airlines may not allow you to travel if proof of insurance cannot be provided. We can provide appropriate cover. We accept no liability whatsoever arising from your failure to obtain adequate insurance cover. Whether we issued your policy or not, please check it carefully to ensure that all the details are correct and that all relevant information has been provided by you (ex. pre-existing medical conditions). Failure to disclose relevant information will affect your insurance cover.
Health & Conduct
All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in our website. Any Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a Client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve Best of Morocco Tours from any obligations and liability.
Travelers are responsible for selecting a trip appropriate to their abilities, communicating any special need to the luxury Morocco travel Agency Best of Morocco Tours prior to commencement of the trip, and for being in sufficient good health to undertake the trip. Unless otherwise specified in the itinerary, travelers are responsible to bringing the appropriate clothing and equipment for their trip. By forwarding the deposit and signed the terms & conditions, the traveler certifies that he/she does not have any physical or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for him/her or other travelers.
Please note that if a trip must be extended or an itinerary modified due to weather, road conditions, lack of transportation, political or civil disputes, medical emergency, or other causes beyond our control, the associated costs including any non-recoverable costs are not included in the trip rates or refunds. In such circumstances, it is the travelerís responsibility to pay directly for actual extra costs in the field (e.g., food, transport, accommodations).
It is the travelerís responsibility to make sure that all flights coincide with the trip itinerary. Best of Morocco Tours is not responsible for any forfeiture that results due to your inability to obtain airline tickets that allow you participate on a reserved trip, nor is Best of Morocco Tours responsible for any airline penalties or fees resulting from changes or trip cancellation once tickets have been issued.
Booking & Payment methods
Our conditions of tour booking are very simple and convenient, you only need to send mails to our official email address firstname.lastname@example.org. After discussing and agreeing with our program and price, you can immediately book any of our services such as tours, hotels... As soon as we receive your booking, we will promptly contact you to confirm and then process it .
1. You are required to transfer firstly 30% of the total tour price to our Company account in order to confirm your booking. 2. In 15 days prior to your departure, you have to pay by bank transfer an additional amount of 40% of the total tour price. 3. The remaining amount (40%) will be paid in cash or by credit-cards (visa card / master cardÖ) right after your arrival in Morocco. If you choose to pay by card, it is necessary for you to settle 3% of the total payment as the bank transaction fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effected at the time that Best of Morocco Tours receives a written request from the Client and the following cancellation charges will apply :
- Prior to 6 weeks of departure 15% of the total land cost - Within 6 weeks until 4 weeks 25% of the total land cost - Within 4 weeks until 2 weeks 50% of the total land cost - Within 2 weeks or less no refund is given. - If any number of the party is prevented from travelling because of death, injury or serious illness of the Client, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person or departure date or tour of similar standard and cost provided that written notice is confirmed by Best of Morocco Tours. - You may transfer to another trip, with different dates and/or itinerary, without penalty by notifying us of your wish to transfer 60 days or more prior to departure. After that time, you are subject to the cancellation fees outlined above. - If a refund is payable by Best of Morocco Tours to the Client, the refund amount will be calculated according to the conditions set out above and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. Best of Morocco Tours will not pay fees charged to the Client by the Clientís bank for processing the credited amount. All refunds will be paid to you within two weeks to a month. However, during the peak period, refunds may take around six weeks to be paid .
- Child under 6 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: Free of charge. - Child 6-under 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: 50% of package cost. - Child 6-under 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults with extra bed: 75% of package cost. - Child under 12 years old sharing room with one (1) adult: 90% of package cost. - Child 12 years old and above: 100% of adult cost.
In the event that the accommodation stipulated in the tour itinerary or special accommodation arrangements as requested for are not available, every effort will be made by the Company for alternative accommodations of similar standard . - Single Supplement: if you wish to occupy a single room, you are required to pay a single supplement amount.
Tour Fare Exclusions
All travel services reflected exclude airport taxes, airport security tax, airline insurance surcharges, airline fuel surcharges, visa fees, port tax, service fees as specified by the airline or airport authorities, where applicable custom user fees, excess baggage charges, room service, beverage charges, laundry charges, travel insurance, gratuities to drivers/ tour guides/ leaders, tips to hotel porter and all items of personal nature.
You shall ensure that you have a valid international passport with a minimum 6 (six) months' validity, and you shall obtain the relevant valid visas and health certificates which may be required at the destinations of travel in the tour itinerary.
Any special requests such as special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms, accommodation requirements, etc. shall be communicated to the Company upon making a reservation. Please note, however, that such requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
